All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and shipping/handling fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout to show the total cost before purchase. We accept payments through multiple methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options. As a dropshipping business, we partner with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. Delivery times vary based on the supplier, product, and shipping destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time (or a reasonable time if not specified). If delivery fails due to our error, you may be entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
 
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Voluntary Returns Policy:

• Eligibility: For non-ACL issues (e.g., change of mind), products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Certain items, such as personalized or clearance products, are non-returnable.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at adventurekookaburra@gmail.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If product issues can be shown with photo evidence, we may refund you without requiring the product’s return.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if required). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  Warranties: Products come with ACL consumer guarantees. We also pass through any manufacturer warranties, but we provide no additional warranties beyond those required by the ACL. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
   

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at adventurekookaburra@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our return policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments will be refunded.
